BEST WAY TO LOSE FAT FROM AROUND YOUR WAISTLINE?
You can’t target just one area unfortunately. You can, however, reduce your overall body fat percentage by reducing your calorie intake and increasing your calorie expenditure. Basically move more and eat less. Head to the MyFitnessPal app, pop your details in and aim for a daily calorie deficit of 500-700 calories. As well as being mindful of your nutrition you need to make sure that you are exercising enough. Sitting still will not work in your favour. If you don't have access to a gym or cardio equipment, consider going out for a walk, jog or run or alternatively head online and find a HIIT workout to follow. (Or book onto one of my virtual classes!)
You need to be consistent with this, but give it some time and you will lose weight.
Tip: Increasing your daily steps, doing some core exercises and reducing the amount of alcohol, processed foods, sugars and salts will all help the weight/fat loss journey. Good luck!
