Without failure, we limit our potential to learn. Injury setbacks, for example, can prove incredibly challenging but your ability to accept them and your determination to return stronger will see you through those periods. Once diagnosed and free from pain, focus on what you can do versus what you can't. Add strength training, prioritise working on imbalances/weakness that may have caused the injury and re-establish your goals. After what seems like an endless Winter, Spring is finally here and with it comes a chance to flourish. With improved weather, we naturally come out of our hibernated state and mindsets often change. Perhaps you will set new fitness goals. Maybe you have felt a bit dormant over the last few months so want to increase your physical activity levels. Will you take up a new hobby and try something new? This is your time.
