And what's great, is that I also incorporate a core element into these workouts, so when you are not on the TRX you shall be on the mat working your abdominal muscles.


- Core & Stretch: Strengthening your core is essential for overall fitness and injury prevention. My Core & Stretch classes are specifically designed to target your abdominal muscles, lower back, and obliques, helping you build a strong, stable foundation for all your other workouts. Flexibility is often overlooked in fitness, but it's crucial for maintaining mobility and preventing injury. My class also focuses on improving flexibility, relieving muscle tension, and promoting relaxation. It's the perfect way to complement more intense workouts and ensure your body stays balanced.
